BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 1829 Gunbarrel Road, being on the northwest line of Gunbarrel Road southwest of Igou Gap Road. Lot 8, Pine Terrace Subdivision, not recorded, being the property described in deed book 3788, page 174, R.O.H.C. Tax Map No. 158D-F-11. from R-1 Residential Zone to R-4 Special Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. Property is subject to Development Corridor Standards. 2. The dedication and acceptance of additional right-of-way, as required by the City Traffic Engineer. 3. Property is subject to one driveway. 4. All existing easements are retained. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, the public welfare requiring it, provided that this Ordinance shall not be operative until completion of Condition No. 2 in Section 2 above.
